1-Face masks :
The regular use of masks makes the skin clean and renewed. There are thousands of recipes for different masks, so choose a few and make them a couple of times a week. Apply the mask to the face and neck in circular movements, so that its components penetrate deeper into the skin. For an additional effect, make cool compresses for the eyelids from rose water. Lie down, spend these 15-20 minutes calmly. After washing off the mask, you will feel a fresh feeling on your face.
2-Facial massage :
You can go to the salon to have the master do this procedure for you, or you can learn the basic techniques of self-massage to do it yourself. How do I perform the massage procedure myself? After the main cleansing, apply a good lotion to your face and hands. RUB your fingers in a circular motion. This will help reduce the friction of the skin, as well as saturate it with useful components that are contained in the lotion. Massage will help you in the fight against wrinkles, sagging, and dead cells. Do not forget to massage the neck, otherwise, the color on the face and neck will differ significantly. Massage increases blood circulation, thereby adding freshness to your face.
If you like to walk in nature or are often on the street, be sure to use a sunscreen with at least SPF15. Wear sunglasses to prevent the appearance of wrinkles at the corners of your eyes. Make a habit of using sunscreen lotion, even if it’s not a hot summer afternoon.
Almonds are an excellent source of vitamin E, which is very good for the skin. To add a glow to your face, crush a few tonsils, and mix them with cream. You should get a brownish lotion. Apply this natural mix to your face every day.
